Description from the bottle: This is a handmade natural ale. There are no additives, only fine barley malts, whole hops, brewers yeast, and crystal clear water. This ale is naturally cloudy because we do not filter it. All of the ale's body and natural goodness are left intact. Notice as you hold the bottle up to the light, a fine layer of brewer's yeast lying on the bottom. This yeast layer is the result of an age old Kraeusening process which allows the ale to develop its carbonation naturally in the bottle and build its hearty full bodied flavor.
Here's an original Pale Ale bottle from back in 1980. I got this in a collection from someone in Chico who was unloading their Uncle's collection. I originally found her selling a bottle on eBay and then after chatting a bit online, went over to the house to find an amazing collection of bottles. This Pale Ale bottle was actually the one I originally found on eBay.
